¿Did you lose the card?
In case of loss or theft of your card, you keep the points accrued in your account. To replace the lost card, you must request identification showing your document in any form of Cash Fiesta.

¿How to use your card?
Place insert your card into the machine and hold while playing.
When you finish your gaming session, remember to remove your card.
By playing on other machines different repeat, remember that if the card is not in the tags will not accumulate points.
